Experience

Attorney registered on the list of the Bar Association in Lodz. Graduate of the postgraduate course Taxes in Domestic and International Business and the Academy of Company Law at the Warsaw School of Economics, the Study of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and the Study of Tax Law and the Study of Company Law at the University of Lodz, as well as the H. Grotius Center for Intellectual Property Rights - IP School and the School of Law of New Technologies (IT&TMT).  She completed a course for candidates for first-level accountants, obtaining an accountant's certificate.

She advises on corporate law and M&A transactions, including day-to-day services for entrepreneurs in the field of corporate law and contract law. She has experience in conducting numerous restructuring processes, both in the preparatory and executive phases, as well as in the execution of due diligence studies. She represents clients before common and administrative courts.

Author and co-author of publications in the field of corporate law and restructuring law. Co-author of the publication Mergers, divisions and transformations of commercial law companies. Legal and tax issues. Practical Commentary, Warsaw 2021, 2022 CH Beck and Family Foundations. Legal and Tax Aspects, Warsaw 2023, Wolters Kluwer Poland.

Realised projects

Among the projects implemented as part of the HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partnerzy Law Firm and previous law firms as well as consulting companies, the following list can be mentioned:

  • comprehensive legal services for construction companies, manufacturers of construction products and technology companies (IT), as well as companies in succession management,
  • conducting legal examinations of companies (due diligence) and preparing reports on their condition, as well as handling commercial law transactions (both on the buyer's and seller's side),
  • conducting transformation processes of commercial law companies and sole proprietorships and civil partnerships, including in succession management,
  • participation in the processes of company mergers, including cross-border mergers, demergers, share deals, asset deals, exchange of shares and liquidation of companies,
  • representation of clients before common and administrative courts, with regard to corporate matters and trademark infringement.
