Attorney-at-law, who completed the legal training at Warsaw Bar Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Dominik specializes mainly in the legal aspects of enterprises’ activities operating in the rail transport sector. From the very beginning of his professional activity, he participated in projects related to conducting legal services for railway carriers operating on the domestic transport market. As part of corporate governance, he dealt with an assessment of the economic and financial situation of companies operating in this particular sector. As a specialist in the field of corporate governance, he participated in projects related to the restructuring processes of capital companies operating in the rail transport sector.
As an attorney-at-law who was employed by a passenger carrier, he provided comprehensive legal services to the company's bodies. He has conducted proceedings before common and administrative courts in matters related to construction law, civil law and labor law. Representative in administrative proceedings conducted, inter alia, before the President of the Office of Rail Transport. He advised on infrastructure investment processes (construction and modernization of railway lines) and rolling stock, as well as he developed internal documentation necessary for the operation, including regulations. Legal advisor to the contracting authority in public procurement procedures.

- Legal counseling in the procedure of obtaining a decision to locate the second track as part of the project to modernize the railway infrastructure of Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa sp. z o.o .;
- Representing clients before tax authorities in the course of proceedings of obtaining a refund of overpaid real estate tax for 2017-2021 for providing railway siding infrastructure to carriers;
- Preparation of documentation for infrastructure managers necessary to provide the Service Infrastructure Facilities.
