Experience

Attorney-at-law, who completed her legal training and was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law of Warsaw Bar Association. Due to cooperation with leading law firms and legal departments, she has gained experience in many areas of economic law. Ewelina provided legal services to one of the leaders in the transport and logistics industry. She represented the interests of her clients both before courts and public authorities. She gained extensive knowledge related to competition, civil, administrative and public procurement law. 

Ewelina gained her professional experience in the railway industry while working at the Office of Rail Transport, where she dealt with administrative proceedings regarding the approval of rates for access to railway infrastructure. Furthermore, she conducted proceedings on the issue of a license and decisions replacing the agreement on access to railway infrastructure. She participated in legislative processes regarding amendments to the act on rail transport and executive regulations. She successfully uses the acquired knowledge, representing business entities in proceedings before public authorities and common courts.

  • Economic and regulatory consultancy (including legal opinions and memorandums) for such entities as: POLREGIO S.A., PMT Linie Kolejowe sp. z o.o., Polski Tabor Szynowy sp. z o.o., PKP Energetyka S.A., Koleje Śląskie sp. z o.o.;
  • Legal support provided for Track Tec S.A. group in the field of providing railway infrastructure (both public and the Service Infrastructure Facilities), including preparation of documentation and representation before the President of the Office of Rail Transport;
  • Legal services for Rohling SUUS Logistics S.A. in the field of transport law, labor law, handling damages incurred in transport and court proceedings;
  • Preparation of documentation and representation of clients in the process of granting permission to operate for a type of railway vehicle, and representing railway siding users in the procedure of obtaining safety certificates;
  • Legal services for business entities during court proceedings within the scope of the construction process (contracts for additional works, claims for contractual penalties, claims for improper performance of the contract).
