Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. She specializes in the railway law, administrative law and public procurement. At Hanton Law Firm, she mainly deals with cases related to the rail market and public procurement. She supports clients in the process of modernization of railway infrastructure, from the stage of cooperation with entities to obtaining authorization for operation, prepares legal opinions on modern transport systems, among other issues, and advises clients on the application of railway European law (including the Interoperability Directive, Technical Specifications for Interoperability, the Regulation on Placing Vehicles on the Market) and national law (including the Regulation on Railway Structures, Equipment and Vehicles, the Law on Public Collective Transport).
Previously, she worked at the largest Polish law firm in the infrastructure practice, where she dealt with public procurement law, including preparation and verification of tender documentation, preparation of legal protection measures applied before the National Board of Appeals and the Public Procurement Court. She also has several years of experience gained in entities closely related to the rail market. She completed an internship at a rail infrastructure producer (Bombardier Transportation (ZWUS) Polska Sp. z o.o.). She interned at a Polish law firm in the rail transport department, where she had the opportunity to participate in proceedings before the President of UTK, participate in transactions, and learn about a wide range of rail market issues. She also worked at UTK in the Department of Technology and Products as a Chief Specialist, where she conducted, among other things, administrative proceedings for the issuance of authorizations for structural subsystems (ENE, INF, CCS) and type approval certificates. She participated in the work of the legislative group implementing the Fourth Railway Package into Polish law and provided opinions on draft legislation on railway products. She also cooperated with external entities including the Ministry of Infrastructure, National Safety Authorities, NoBo and AsBo entities.
