Trainee advocate entered on the list of the trainees at Warsaw Bar Association. A graduate of the faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the French Law Center organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Université de Poitiers. Joanna specializes in administrative and civil law with a special emphasis on matters related to real estate law, construction law, the protection of monuments and the environment.
She advises both Polish and international investors in the implementation of the investment and construction process, as well as in the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate companies. She has experience in negotiating and drawing up lease agreements for office and warehouse space.

Realised projects
Among the projects implemented as part of the HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partnerzy Law Firm and previous law firms as well as consulting companies, the following list can be mentioned:
- Participation in the preparation of transaction documentation related to the acquisition of a multifunctional complex of skyscrapers, which was the largest single real estate transaction in Central and Eastern Europe;
- Participation in works aimed at obtaining a complete set of conservation permits for the revitalization project of the headquarters of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in Warsaw;
- Preparation of lease agreements for the company owning an office and warehouse complex in the center of Wrocław.
