Experience
Advocate entered into the list of the Warsaw Bar Association. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She specialises in broadly understood commercial law, with particular emphasis on commercial companies law, as well as civil law. Her area of interest also includes labour law and personal data protection (RODO). She has experience in corporate and transactional advisory, also for foreign entrepreneurs. In her practice, she has participated in conducting numerous processes related to the establishment, transformation and liquidation of commercial law companies, as well as share deal and asset deal transactions.
She gained her professional experience in renowned Warsaw law firms and state institutions.
