Advocate, who completed the legal training at Warsaw Bar Association. A graduate of postgraduate studies at the Lazarski University in the field of investment and construction process for lawyers. Magdalena represents clients from the energy and railway sectors in court disputes and advises at the pre-trial stage, as well as during the process of negotiations. Representative before public administration authorities and administrative courts in proceedings regarding investment and construction. She gained practice in renowned Polish and foreign law firms. She provides legal support to clients in both English and Spanish.
She specializes in civil and economic law, in particular in the field of contractual liability, as well as in disputes related to the broadly understood real estate market and infrastructure investments. She also has experience in the field of criminal law, with particular emphasis on commercial criminal law and conducting legal due diligence of companies.

- Consulting and representation in civil proceedings regarding the payment of contractual penalties for default in the form of sale of property rights resulting from renewable energy sources;
- Preparation of comments and participation in proceedings concerning the adoption of a local spatial development plan;
