Attorney registered on the list of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdansk. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. Completed postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw "Taxes and Tax Law" in cooperation with ISP Modzelewski and postgraduate studies "Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law" at the Jagiellonian University. He built his professional experience from the beginning on cooperation with business entities. He started functioning in the market by providing services to domestic insurance companies, and then directed his development to prospective regulated sectors, such as gambling law and energy law.
In the field of gambling law, his experience includes drafting legal opinions based on the provisions of the Gambling Act, coordinating and providing legal services for corporate actions of the supported limited liability companies. (shareholders' meetings, registration proceedings, conducting liquidation and merger of companies), as well as advising on legal risk management of enterprises.
He has also represented serviced entities before licensing authorities (Minister of Finance) and state offices and institutions.
He is currently providing ongoing legal services to one of the energy companies in the area of electricity distribution. He provides legal advice in the area of preparation and implementation of infrastructure and investment projects, and provides legal support in the process of preparing tender documentation for the aforementioned projects.
He also participates in the creation of internal processes for the operation of companies and deals with the development and implementation of optimization solutions (compliance).
As part of comprehensive legal services, he also has extensive experience in litigation and administrative matters (including employee cases) and mass debt collection.
