HANTON Law Firm provided comprehensive legal services for the sale of developed warehouse properties located near Warsaw. The Law Firm represented the selling party during the entire transaction process - both at the stage of preparing, negotiating and concluding the preliminary agreement, and at the stage of concluding and executing the promised agreement, as a result of which the Law Firm's Client received the price due to it. The value of the transaction - over PLN 40 million.
Legal support for the transaction was provided by attorney Adam Szalc and attorney Agata Łasowska - Grzyb.
