At the end of last week, attorney Adam Szalc and attorney Łukasz Dziamski, Partners of HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partnerzy, signed a document containing 10 postulates on behalf of the firm for the transformation of the Polish energy industry. The organizer and initiator of the event was the e-magazine.pl portal. The meeting, held at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw, was a summary of the work initiated two months ago. Representatives of various circles - business, associations, academia - were involved in drafting the postulates. The drafted document is a set of conclusions put forward during the April conference "Energy Transformation and Storage", of which the law firm HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partnerzy was a legal partner. Together we believe that the implementation of the assumptions will accelerate the energy transition in Poland and create a strong impetus for economic development.
The signed document will be submitted to the Ministry of Climate and Environment, the Ministry of State Assets, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. and the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO).
Also present at the event were representatives of the institutions to which the document is addressed: Mr. Piotr Stępinski, Ministry of Climate and Environment, and Mr. Maciej Wapinski, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE).

On September 18, the Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments hosted a meeting of representatives of the TSL industry as part of the international event Logistics Business Mixer Ukraine - Poland - Europe. The organizers of the initiative were the Global Case - International business community, the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and the Global Payments Association. The aim of the initiators was to create, through the Business Mixer, a space providing support, the opportunity to exchange experiences, as well as to establish business contacts for representatives of the TSL sector.
The sixth edition of the International Scientific and Technical Conference INTERMODAL2024 entitled “Intermodal transport in rail-sea logistic chains” took place from September 16 to 18 at the Warszawski Dom Technika NOT in Warsaw. “Intermodal Transport in Rail-Maritime Logistic Chains”. The organizers of the event were the Association of Engineers and Technicians of Transportation of the Republic of Poland National Board and the Faculty of Transport of the Warsaw University of Technology. The theme of this year's conference was intermodal transport in rail-sea logistics chains.
