HANTON law firm a member of the Chamber of Commerce for Land Transport
We have another news - we have joined the Land Transport Chamber of Commerce!
The law firm HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partners Advocates and Legal Advisors Sp. p. is working at full speed. We are pleased to announce that last week we joined another chamber of commerce - IGTL - thus becoming an official member. We are extremely pleased that the group of member companies to which we belong is constantly growing!
The Economic Chamber of Land Transport is an economic self-government organization representing companies related to rail transport and infrastructure investments. It was established in 1995 to actively cooperate with national and European institutions in the field of rail transport regulation and investment, and to protect the interests of member companies. Within the Land Transport Chamber of Commerce, there are industry sections: Railroad Carriers, Wagon and Shipping, and Railway Construction. Their core areas of activity include: the principles and costs of access to rail infrastructure, technical regulations and safety, as well as infrastructure investment activities, particularly with regard to the principles of contractor selection and contractual conditions.
We are pleased to have the opportunity to be part of the Land Transport Chamber of Commerce. We believe that by joining IGTL we will be able to exchange and share knowledge and experience, and, together with other members, influence the development of the land transport sector. We are ready for more challenges, inspiration and opportunities from Chamber membership. As a member of the Chamber, we intend to actively support its most important initiatives from the legal side.
By the way, it is worth mentioning that the law firm HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partners is already a member of four business organizations. These include: Polish Chamber of Railways, ProKolej Foundation, Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and the aforementioned Land Transport Chamber of Commerce. In addition, we are also signatories to the Declaration on the Culture of Safety in Rail Transportation. We are convinced that together we can do even more!
