HANTON Law Firm a speaker at the “Railway Law” conference
HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partners law firm at this year's “Railway Law” conference in Warsaw!
The 4th edition of the “Railway Law - National and European Regulations” conference organized by the ProKolej Foundation in cooperation with the Railway Transport Office took place on Monday. The main topic of the event was the implementation in Poland of European Union legal regulations in the area of safety and regulation of the railroad market. The meeting had a hybrid character - stationary at the UTK headquarters and online. The conference was divided into two blocks, with speakers presenting their talks and a panel discussion.
HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partners law firm was represented at the event as speakers by Ewelina Nieznalska, attorney-at-law, and Dominik Aptacy, attorney-at-law, who provide services to entrepreneurs operating on the rail market on a daily basis, who shared their insights on the legislative shortcomings regulating the performance of agglomeration passenger transport.
