HANTON Law Firm provided comprehensive legal advice to EQUILIS POLAND in connection with the acquisition of a residential investment located in Warsaw.
As part of its work, the Law Firm's team conducted a comprehensive legal review of the property, including, in particular, an analysis of the design documentation, agreements concluded with network operators, and administrative decisions issued.
HANTON's lawyers then advised the client on the design and finalization of the transaction, which concerned the property together with the design documentation and a good neighbor cooperation agreement.
