HANTON Law Firm advised Matexi on the transaction of real estate’s purchase at Aleje Jerozolimskie
HANTON Law Firm was handling a purchase transaction by Matexi of real estate located on the border of Ochota and Śródmieście districts, at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw.
The company intends to construct a building on the new plot, which will accommodate about 300 premises of various sizes. Matexi is considering two options for carrying out the investment - in the PRS (Private Rented Sector) or in the individual sale of premises formula. Decisions in this regard will be taken in the middle of the year.
The legal service of the transaction was provided by a team led by HANTON partners: Łukasz Dziamski, (advocate) and Adam Szalc (advocate).
