HANTON Law Firm was handling a purchase transaction by Matexi of real estate located on the border of Ochota and Śródmieście districts, at Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw.
The company intends to construct a building on the new plot, which will accommodate about 300 premises of various sizes. Matexi is considering two options for carrying out the investment - in the PRS (Private Rented Sector) or in the individual sale of premises formula. Decisions in this regard will be taken in the middle of the year.
