At the end of last week, attorney Adam Szalc and attorney Łukasz Dziamski, Partners of HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partnerzy, signed a document containing 10 postulates on behalf of the firm for the transformation of the Polish energy industry. The organizer and initiator of the event was the e-magazine.pl portal. The meeting, held at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw, was a summary of the work initiated two months ago. Representatives of various circles - business, associations, academia - were involved in drafting the postulates. The drafted document is a set of conclusions put forward during the April conference "Energy Transformation and Storage", of which the law firm HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partnerzy was a legal partner. Together we believe that the implementation of the assumptions will accelerate the energy transition in Poland and create a strong impetus for economic development.
The signed document will be submitted to the Ministry of Climate and Environment, the Ministry of State Assets, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. and the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO).
Also present at the event were representatives of the institutions to which the document is addressed: Mr. Piotr Stępinski, Ministry of Climate and Environment, and Mr. Maciej Wapinski, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (PSE).
Their signature to the demands was also affixed by : APS Energia SA, A-RES , Budmat, CORAB S.A., Danfoss Drives, Zakład Aparatury Elektrycznej Ergom sp. z o.o., Instytut Energetyki - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy, Polskie Stowarzyszenie Magazynowania Energii PSME//Polish Energy Storage Association PESA, Pro Vento Energia Sp. z o.o., Biuro Techniczno-Handlowe PRO-MAC, Qair Polska - Qair Group, SOLARTECH, Sunkraft, Weidmüller Polska and ZPUE S.A.
