On October 18, the 5th Developer's Congress, the largest nationwide industry conference, was held in Poznań, aimed at an open, multi-sector debate among entities shaping the development market in Poland. This unconventional event makes it possible to discuss in one place and time the key issues of the development industry in a dynamically changing reality.
HANTON Law Firm was represented at the event by managing partner Adam Szalc and partner Lukasz Dziamski.

We are pleased that we were able to actively participate in this year's Congress and take part in the debate "Planning reform, or the Polish landscape after the new", during which participants tried to answer the questions: Is resuscitation of the national planning system necessary? What business decisions will developers have to make in connection with the new law on planning and spatial development? Will it be painful to say goodbye to zoning decisions?

We would like to thank the other panelists for the opportunity to exchange positions and have an interesting discussion, and the organizers for the invitation and organization of this unique event.
The HANTON team declares its full readiness to support our current and future clients.
