On March 27, 2023, the third edition of the "Railway Law" conference was held, organized by the ProKolej Foundation and the Railway Transport Office. The conference was aimed at lawyers and specialists dealing with issues regulating the safety and operation of the rail market on a daily basis.
This year's edition was devoted to the topics of investment, land use, as well as issues related to tax law.
HANTON Law Firm was represented at the event as speakers by attorney-at-law Ewelina Nieznalska and attorney-at-law Dominik Aptacy, who shared their experiences in the area of exemption of railroad infrastructure from property tax
and attorney-at-law, PhD Michal Zięba, who served as moderator during the debate on land use and linear investments.
