Winning in the National Appeals Chamber!
The contract value amounts to nearly PLN 500 million. The legal service ended with a positive judgment of the National Appeals Chamber as of December 21, 2021. The Chamber accepted the arguments presented by the Law Firm regarding the principles of modernization of railway vehicles, which result from the new provisions of the so-called 4th Railway Package. The arguments related to the right to use the construction documentation and the tests performed for the running bogie, which is the most important element of the passenger car’s running system, turned out to be particularly important and decisive. Legal services were managed by Michał Zięba, attorney-at-law.
