Łukasz Dziamski as a new partner at HANTON
HANTON Szalc Zięba & Partners Law Firm is developing the practice of real estate and construction investments. Łukasz Dziamski who is an attorney at law specializing in the real estate sector law with particular emphasis on handling the investment process, regulations regarding monuments and administrative permits has joined the group of partners of the HANTON Law Firm.
The addition of Łukasz Dziamski to the group of partners of the HANTON Law Firm is another step in the implementation of the business development concept adopted by the Law Firm and allows us to provide full consultancy in the field of real estate and construction, from legal research of real estate, through purchase or sale transactions, to permitting services and all contracts related to the real estate and its development. Dziamski’s experience will be particularly important in the area of investments of a residential and office developer, modernization of railway lines, construction of warehouses and terminals as well as photovoltaic farms.
Łukasz Dziamski has been advising companies, private entrepreneurs and other organizations in the field of real estate law for over 12 years. He is also an expert in the field of monument protection law and the revitalization of historic real estate as well as a laureate of a special award in the competition ‘Rising Stars Lawyers - Leaders of Tomorrow 2020’. In 2019, he was distinguished in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking with the Next Generation Lawyer title in the Construction category, and in the previous two years he was individually recommended as a specialist in the field of monument protection law within the same ranking.
